Once upon a time, Nerissa Obsidian from the Land of Crystals was known as the one true heir to take over the Obsidian family legacy. But something changed forever that day after her father’s funeral.
That day, Nerissa asked Luna Quartz, her mother’s guardian, to teach her how to run, hide, and fight if anyone came for them. Luna laughed at the princess, but nonetheless, it could be beneficial if Nerissa could at least protect herself.
Luna and Nerissa found a spot in the woods where they could train. With Luna’s guidance, Nerissa’s training began with a simple yet sharp blade.
As Luna watched the princess perform something that looked like stabbing, it became apparent that Nerissa was not made for this.
Amidst the ancient trees of the forest, Luna laid different types of weapons in front of Nerissa. She was first drawn to the long spear, but it was too heavy for her to lift.
